SALTER, J.

Patricia Pollak Weiss, pro se, appeals a final circuit court order dismissing her complaint against the appellees1 for lack of prosecution. Although the case has been fully briefed and was initially scheduled for oral argument, we find that Weiss's arguments are unsupported by the record and are otherwise frivolous. Accordingly, we affirm the order below and we remove the case from the argument calendar.
