John Obadiah Franklin (the Husband) appeals a final judgment of dissolution of marriage and challenges the unequal equitable distribution in favor of Seretha C. Franklin (the Wife) and the denial of his claim for attorney's fees and costs.1 We reverse as to the equitable distribution and remand for the trial court to make an equal distribution of the marital assets.
