This personal injury protection (PIP) case began in county court, which ruled in favor of Petitioner, Progressive American Insurance Company ("Progressive American"), on the basis that all available PIP coverage had been exhausted. The Respondent, Stand-Up MRI of Orlando, as assignee of Eusebio Isaac ("Stand-Up MRI"), appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court in its appellate capacity.
