On October 10, 2018, plaintiff Steven Douglas Coleman commenced this action against María Kim Grand, bringing a libel claim and requesting damages of at least $500,000 plus attorney's fees. Grand filed counterclaims alleging libel and intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED).
