Defendant/Petitioner, William Perry Bagley ("Bagley"), was indicted for his role in a currency counterfeiting conspiracy on April 22, 2014. (ECF No. 3). The indictment charged two counts: a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 471 and a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. (
