Massachusetts plaintiff Vintage Rockland Realty Trust brings the instant action in diversity against its former tenant, Minnesota defendant Smiths Medical ASD, Inc. The commercial lease agreement between the parties dates to May 2005, and was extended four times before expiring in April 2016.
