ORDER

Plaintiff, an inmate at Two Rivers Correctional Institution, filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging violations of his civil rights. Defendants now move for partial summary judgment on plaintiffs claims. For the reasons set forth below, defendants' motion is granted.
