MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

This case is before me on defendant's motion for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, defendant's motion is granted as to plaintiff's discrimination claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.
