Plaintiff Robert Joseph Benge, who is incarcerated in the Arizona State Prison Complex-Lewis ("ASPC-Lewis"), brought this civil rights case pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Doc. 1). Thereafter, Plaintiff filed a "Motion Requesting Preliminary Injunction and a Temporary Restraining Order." (Doc. 12.)
