On August 26, 2014, a grand jury issued an indictment against defendant Andrew Hiipakka. (Docket 1). Mr. Hiipakka was charged in count I with receipt of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2)(A) and in count II with possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B).
