These matters are before the court on appeals from the February 18, 2014, orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of North Carolina allowing the Appellees' motions to dismiss. For the reasons discussed below, the court affirms the decisions of the Bankruptcy Court dismissing all three actions for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
