MEMORANDUM OPINION

Petitioner, through counsel, objects to the Report and Recommendation ("R&R") of Magistrate Judge Arnold C. Rapoport, which recommended that the Court deny the petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
