MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Katiuska Bravo sued Midland Credit Management, Inc., and Midland Funding, LLC (together, "Midland"), for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. Doc. 1. Midland has moved to dismiss the complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). Doc. 15. The motion is granted.
