This matter is before the Court on plaintiff Michael R. Peters' motion to compel discovery. (Doc. 37). Also before the Court is defendant Credit Protection Association L.P.'s crossmotion to stay discovery. (Doc. 40). For the following reasons, the motion to compel will be granted, and the cross-motion to stay discovery will be denied.
