In this proposed class action, plaintiffs Jon Germain and Amber Rhy contend that defendant Bank of America, N.A. violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1681 by obtaining their consumer reports without a permissible purpose after plaintiffs had discharged their mortgages with defendants in bankruptcy.
