This case involves a dispute between Plaintiffs and Defendants over the proper calculation of profits under a contract the parties entered into on May 2, 2005. Due to this dispute, Plaintiffs bring four claims against six Defendants. These claims include breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty. Defendants now seek summary judgment on all claims (Doc. 107)....
