This cause comes before the Court on plaintiff, iEntertainment's motion for leave to amend the complaint [DE 16] and motion for preliminary injunction [DE 18]. A hearing was held on these matters on July 29, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. For the reasons discussed below, the motion to amend is GRANTED and the motion for preliminary injunction is DENIED.
