THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Petitioner's pro se Motion for Reconsideration of this Court's prior Order dismissing Petitioner's 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion to vacate as untimely, (Doc. No. 6). For the reasons that follow, the Court finds that the motion for reconsideration is an unauthorized, successive petition.
