On July 11, 2014, protestor, Orbis Sibro, Inc. (Orbis), filed a bid protest in this court challenging the United States Department of the Navy's (Navy) assessment of Orbis' proposal to the SeaPort Solicitation N00024-14-R-3154 (the Solicitation) issued by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, PA and the Navy's award of SeaPort Task Order N00178-14-D-7806-EX01 to Logistics Support Inc. (LSI).
