Before the Court is a motion1 filed by defendants, Ralph Wadleigh, Kristian Wadleigh, Bluewater Equipment Rentals, Inc., and Wadleigh Stables, Inc.,2 to withdraw the reference of the above-captioned adversary matter to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Plaintiff has filed an opposition.3
