Before the Court is Defendant Buruji Kashamu's ("Kashamu") second motion to dismiss his indictment pursuant to Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure 12(b) and 48(b) based on alleged violations of the Fifth Amendment Due Process Clause and the Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial. For the following reasons, the motion is denied.
