Cecilia Herbert seeks judicial review of the denial of her application for disability insurance benefits (DIB). Herbert last worked in August of 2006, as a unit secretary at Arkansas Children's Hospital.1 She previously applied for disability benefits, and that application was denied at the reconsideration level on November 2, 2007.
