This Opinion addresses a motion to dismiss claims against Apple, Inc. ("Apple") following a trial on those claims. In an Opinion issued last July, this Court determined that plaintiff States, suing in parens patriae capacity, and the United States of America ("DOJ") had succeeded at trial in showing that Apple had violated the nation's antitrust laws.
