This employment discrimination case comes before the Court for consideration of Plaintiff's First Motion to Compel Discovery (Doc. 14), to which Defendant has responded. (Doc. 15). In this case, Plaintiff brings suit for age discrimination against Defendant under the Florida Civil Rights Act, §§ 760.01 et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.SC. §§ 621 et seq.
