("GVG"), made to Hurley Ray Smith and KC Crushed Concrete. Smith is the owner and president of KC Crushed. Williams seeks to avoid the transfers under 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 and 548 and the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act ("TUFTA")...
