Plaintiff PHE, Inc. ("PHE") has moved for default judgment against Doe Defendants 38, 50, 66, and 117. For the following reasons, the Motion [99] is granted. The Clerk of Court will be directed to enter judgment against Doe Defendants 38, 50, 66, and 117 as follows: (1) PHE is awarded statutory damages under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(1) in the amount of $1,500 per Defendant...
