Plaintiff Shrenuj USA, LLC ("Shrenuj") brings this action against Defendants Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Inc. ("Rosenthal"), R. Klein Jewelry & Co., Inc. ("Klein Jewelry"), and Richard Klein ("Klein"), for damages arising from Rosenthal's seizure of Klein Jewelry's inventory, which allegedly included Shrenuj's consigned goods.
