SWEET, District Judge.

Plaintiff Jane Doe (the "Plaintiff") has moved for an entry of default judgment against defendant HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Fand Alsaud (the "Prince") and an order for the payment of damages totaling $150,000,000 on the grounds that Defendant has failed to appear in this action and the time allowed for appearance has expired.
