This case comes before the court on the motion of defendant Tennessee Valley Authority Board of Directors ("TVA") for summary judgment. Plaintiff, Ladonna Gautney ("Gautney"), instituted the action claiming that she was discharged by TVA in retaliation for her protected charge of sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq....
