Randy Glaus, a 54-year-old store manager of a Speedway gasoline and convenience store in North Menomonie, Wisconsin, was fired in January 2010 after he scheduled Matt Klemmer, an employee with on-file work restrictions, to work without receiving clearance from Speedway's Human Resources department. Glaus contends that he would not have been fired but for his age, so he has filed this lawsuit...
