Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 107), filed by Plaintiff Darrin Kenny Lewis, Sr., seeking an order from this Court granting Plaintiffs1 summary judgment, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("Rule") 56. Defendant Ascension Parish School Board (the "School Board") opposes the motion.2
