Before the Court are cross motions1 for partial summary judgment by plaintiff, Cedar Ridge, LLC ("Cedar Ridge"), and defendants, Landmark American Insurance Company ("Landmark") and RSUI Indemnity Company ("RSUI"). For the following reasons, plaintiff's motion is DENIED and defendants' motion is GRANTED.
