In this action, Plaintiff Rae Ketchum has sued her former employer, Defendant St. Cloud Hospital ("SCH"), alleging it discriminated against her and violated her rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., when it terminated her employment.
