Plaintiff Dawn Saliba ("Saliba") brings this action against defendant Five Towns College ("FTC") asserting a claim for retaliation under Title VII of Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII"), and supplemental state law claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract. FTC moves to dismiss the Complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6)....
