This is a summary judgment opinion. Plaintiff L-3 Communications Corporation asserts claim 15 of United States Patent No. 5,541,654 ("the '654 Patent") against Defendants Sony Corporation, Sony Electronics Inc., and Sony Mobile Communications (USA) Inc.
