Before the Court are Defendants Time, Inc. ("Time"), Meredith Corporation ("Meredith"), Hearst Communications, Inc. ("Hearst"), and Bravo Media LLC ("Bravo")'s Motions to Transfer to the Southern District of New York. All four motions are fully briefed and ripe for disposition. For the reasons stated below, Time, Meredith, Hearst, and Bravo's Motions to Transfer are GRANTED
