MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO STRIKE JURY DEMAND

JOHNSON, District Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Jury Demand filed August 13, 2013 (Doc. No. 16). Having considered the parties' briefs and the applicable law, the Court finds that Plaintiff's motion is well-taken and, therefore, is GRANTED1.
