In this appeal arising out of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Patricia Gray challenges a Bankruptcy Court order that granted Appellee PennyMac Corp. ("PennyMac") relief from the automatic stay in bankruptcy and permitted PennyMac to proceed in rem against real property in which Gray holds an ownership interest and on which PennyMac holds a mortgage.
