The plaintiffs in this case have sued a number of Blue Cross and Blue Shield entities for violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Defendants Anthem Health Plans of Virginia, Inc. and WellPoint, Inc. moved for summary judgment against plaintiff Andrew Reno in May 2012. The Court denied defendants' motion in October 2012.
