Mohns, Inc. ("Mohns") appeals an order of the bankruptcy court approving the trustee's motion to compromise a claim of the estate under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9019(a). The claim involved the estate's interest in a house owned by the debtors, John and Christine Wilson.
