On January 22, 2013, this court reversed a decision of the Social Security Commissioner and remanded the application for benefits filed by plaintiff Linda Hoeft for further consideration of one issue. Hoeft now moves for attorney fees under the Equal Access for Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, arguing that she is entitled to a fee award because the government's position was not substantially justified...
