After Wisey's #1 LLC ("Wisey's") brought federal statutory and state common law claims against Nimellis Pizzeria LLC, Minellis Pizzeria Enterprises LLC, and Davar Ashgrizzadeh (collectively "Nimellis"), the defendants filed counterclaims alleging four state common law torts against Wisey's for the actions of its employees.
