Plaintiff Abel Mendoza alleges that his former employer, Defendant City of Palacios (the City), violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA) when he was forced to resign because of a perceived disability — hypertension.
