Plaintiffs, Gary and Beverly Weinberg ("Plaintiffs"), bring this insurance contract action against Nationwide Casualty and Insurance Company ("Nationwide"). Plaintiffs allege that Nationwide, in bad faith, breached its contractual obligations by failing to cover damage to their home.
