This cause is before the court1 on a motion to dismiss filed on June 22, 2012, by the defendants, Madison City Board of Education and Dr. Dee Fowler, the Board's superintendent, (collectively referred to as "the Board"). They assert that the complaint must be dismissed as to all claims against them for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. (Doc. 17)....
