On October 10, 2012, the Plaintiff Officemax Incorporated ("OMI") commenced this action against the Defendant Richard Cinotti ("Cinotti"), asserting claims for violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1030, and breach of his duty of loyalty.
