Pending before the Court is Relator Nicholas DePace's "Application for Emergent Relief to Reopen Pursuant to L. Civ. R. 41.1(b) and for the Court's Determination of Reasonableness of Attorney's Fee Pursuant to L. Civ. R. 103.1(a)" (the "Application").
