On February 1, 2008, creditors of Kenneth C. Tebbs filed an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition against him. The court appointed Elizabeth R. Loveridge as the Chapter 7 trustee of Mr. Tebbs's estate. On January 29, 2010, the Trustee brought an adversary proceeding against Henry G. Barlow to recover $25,000 as a fraudulent transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 544 and the Utah Uniform Fraudulent Transfer...
