This matter comes before the Court upon the motion of Caesars a/k/a Caesars Entertainment ("Caesars"), Dusk Night Club ("Dusk"), Gary Veloric, AC Nightlife, LLC, and Red Stripe Plane Group (collectively "Defendants") for summary judgment on the claims asserted against them in the Amended Complaint of Nicholas P.
