Plaintiff Gennaro Mattiaccio filed suit against his former employer DHA Group, Inc., David Hale, and Ami Getu (collectively "Defendants"), alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and accusing the Defendants of defamation in connection with the Plaintiff's termination.
